How to Redeem Codes

Before opening the codes menu, grab a verified code from our Codes page. Write it down or keep the tab open so you can copy-paste accurately — a single wrong letter causes a failed redemption. Make sure you are logged into the Roblox account that should receive the reward; codes cannot be transferred after claiming.

Also confirm the code is still active. If friends say a code stopped working, check Expired Codes before wasting your one-time redemption. New players should redeem codes early since free All Dumplings and cash accelerate progress described in Walkthrough.

Step 1: Open Roblox and launch Trade Squishy Dumplings by SGR Studios. Wait until your character spawns in the main lobby — do not redeem during loading screens.

Step 2: Locate the codes button. On PC it usually appears as a gift icon or "Codes" text on the left sidebar, top bar, or settings menu. Click it to open the redemption text box.

Step 3: Paste the code exactly. For example, type GLITTERDUMPLING without spaces. Press Enter or tap the Redeem button.

Step 4: Read the confirmation message. Success adds rewards instantly. Failure shows an error — note the wording for troubleshooting below.

Step 5: Check your inventory and cash balance. All Dumplings appear in your item collection; cash updates in the HUD; boxes may land in a separate cosmetics tab.

Roblox mobile UI compresses menus, so the codes button may hide inside a hamburger menu or "More" tab. Rotate to landscape if buttons feel cramped. Use long-press to paste codes rather than typing on a small keyboard — mobile typos are the leading cause of failed redemptions.

If the codes window closes when you switch apps to copy a code, open Roblox settings to allow background activity or memorize the code first. After redeeming on mobile, verify rewards before trading — mobile inventory lag occasionally delays display updates until you re-open the bag.

Tablet players follow the same steps with more screen space. Console players with linked keyboards can paste codes; controller-only users must use on-screen keyboard carefully.

"Invalid code" — The code expired or never existed. Cross-check Codes and Expired Codes.

"Already redeemed" — Each account claims a code once. You cannot redeem the same code on an alt and transfer items through trades without risk — see Scam Protection.

"Code not found" — Typo or wrong game. Ensure you are in Trade Squishy Dumplings, not a copycat experience.

No reward visible — Rejoin the server. Check all inventory tabs including boxes and cosmetics. If still missing, wait ten minutes — Roblox data stores occasionally sync slowly during peak hours with 25-player servers filling fast.

Still stuck? Screenshot the error and compare with Patch Notes — rare patches temporarily disable the codes menu for maintenance.

Evaluate each reward against your goals. All Dumplings might complete a set — see Complete Collection. Cash fund crate purchases from Shop & Crates. Boxes may contain tradeable cosmetics worth comparing on Tier List before opening.

Roblox PC clients occasionally hide the codes button behind seasonal UI reskins after Patch Notes — search settings menus if the gift icon vanishes. Mobile players on iOS should disable keyboard autocorrect when typing codes; autocorrect loves to "fix" LETSTRADE into nonsense strings. Android split-screen mode can close the codes overlay when copying from browser — redeem in full-screen Roblox only.

Console players without keyboards should email codes to themselves or use Roblox mobile companion for paste redemption, then return to console gameplay. Family accounts sharing one Roblox login must agree who redeems once-per-account codes — sibling fights over GLITTERDUMPLING waste the entire household claim.

After successful redemption, wait five seconds before opening trade UI; inventory replication lag has caused panic trades where players think code rewards vanished. Refresh bag icon once before heading to Trading Boards.
